By purchasing from Party Studio, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Digital Products

All products sold by Party Studio are digital Canva invitation templates.

No physical products are shipped.

Delivery

After your payment has been successfully completed, your editable Canva template link will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

Editing

Most templates can be edited using a free Canva account.

Some templates may include Canva Pro elements that require a Canva Pro subscription if you wish to use those specific premium elements.

License

Your purchase includes a personal-use license only.

You may:

• Edit the template for your own personal event.
• Print unlimited copies for personal use.
• Share the finished invitation with your guests.

You may not:

• Resell the template.
• Share the Canva template link.
• Redistribute, copy, or claim the design as your own.
• Use the template or its elements for commercial resale.

Intellectual Property

All designs remain the intellectual property of Party Studio.

Limitation of Liability

Party Studio is not responsible for third-party platform outages, Canva service interruptions, printing errors caused by external print providers, or customer editing mistakes.
