Because all products sold by Party Studio are digital products, all sales are generally final.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not available once your Canva template link has been delivered.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you experience any of the following:

• Broken template link
• Missing files
• Incorrect template delivered
• Technical issue preventing access to your template

Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

Resolution

Whenever possible, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by:

• Repairing the template
• Sending a new Canva access link
• Providing the correct template

If the issue cannot be resolved, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same template more than once, please contact us before using the files. We will review your order and assist you accordingly.

Payment Disputes

Before opening a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us so we have the opportunity to resolve the issue quickly.
